How to Delete a Blank Page in the Middle of a Word Document
If you are working on a large Word document that you need to share or print, and there are blank pages or extra pages in it, this can have a negative impact on your work. Therefore, it is important to check the document before sharing or printing and delete any extra pages if necessary.

First, to check for a blank page, press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + 8 or go to the Home Tab and click on the Paragraph Icon.

This command will make the paragraph marker (¶) appear at the end of every paragraph and blank line.
In simpler terms, whenever you press the Enter button in a Word document, you will see the paragraph marker (¶) in front of the extra blank page.
To remove these extra blank pages, select the paragraph markers with your mouse and press the delete button while holding it down.
You can also remove each individual paragraph marker (¶) using backspace or delete.

How to Delete an Extra Blank Page in a Word Document
Step 1: Click on the View Tab to delete the Extra Blank Page from your word document:
Step 2: After that, click on the Navigation Pane to go to it. After that, a sidebar will be shown on the right side.
In this sidebar, you will see three tabs - Headings, Pages, and Results.
To view all the pages of your Word document in the sidebar, click on the Pages tab.
Step 3: All active pages in your word document will be selected.
Now you can easily find the blank page. Now select the blank page that you want to delete and press the Backspace or delete button on the keyboard to easily delete the blank page.
